This workshop is for everyone!

Did you know that a healthy pelvic floor can alleviate back and hip pain, incontinence, and gut issues, while generating more pleasurable sex for people of all genders?

Our pelvic floor is literally the “seat” of our being where many things either leave or enter our bodies. We poop, pee, push out babies and have sexual intercourse in this space.  It is the holding place for many of our abdominal and reproductive organs.  This is the place we literally hold our babies for the first time, but how much do we know about the various structures that encompass it or ways to keep our pelvic floor healthy?

During the first part of this workshop, we will take a deep dive into the anatomy of the pelvis where you will walk away with a clear understanding of what muscles consist of and impact the pelvic floor. For the second part, we will take what we have learned and move our bodies and pelvic floor through the use of self-massage (external only), breath, yoga and various other dynamic movements to bring more awareness and self-care.

Join us for this dynamic and proactive healing workshop.

Open to adults of all genders (every human has a pelvic floor that needs care)!

*Please bring a yoga mat if available.
