Studying the Enneagram allows us to understand ourselves better and to see the ways we get stuck more clearly. This work illuminates our patterns and places for growth. Our relationships in turn benefit from the clarity.

"The Enneagram invites us to look deeply into the mystery of our true identity. It is meant to initiate a process of inquiry that can lead us to a more profound truth about ourselves and our place in the world......the more we see the mechanical reactions of our personality, the less identified with them we become and the more freedom we have." -Riso & Hudson co-authors of The Wisdom of the Enneagram
