Sydney Khan started beading at the age of 10 with her mom. She got back into serious beading and cold metal work after working at Blue Door Beads in Oakland for the past few years. Inspired by bright and vivacious colors and loving the flexibility of working with seed beads, she is currently mesmerized by the possibilities of bead weaving and capturing different objects in the intricate peyote stitch.
